My youngest turned 18 yesterday, so we had a party for him, and everyone went out to dinner, and then afterward he went out running around with his buddies for the night.

Got the first issue of the new zine formatted and off to the printer. The bill for the print job sent me into shock — $1,044.00. And that’s not counting postage. That’s just the printing. And it’s on cheap paper and only one staple. It’s a zine, not a Cadillac. So… yeah, this won’t be something that ever becomes monthly or bimonthly or even quarterly (as I’d hoped). Better to keep it irregular, perhaps twice a year(?) and thus, it remains a nice surprise when it arrives in your mailbox.

Signing at Creature Feature Weekend in gettysburg today, tomorrow, and Sunday. Load in is at 10am so I’ve got to signoff here and get the truck loaded up. Not sure when the he;ll I’ll find time to do today’s Patreon content, let alone this Sunday’s newsletter.
