NEW ZOMBIE STORY: “CAPTIVE HEARTS”
My first paranormal romance story, “Captive Hearts”, appears in the new anthology Hungry For Your Love. “Captive Hearts”, takes place in the world of Dead Sea. The anthology also features paranormal zombie romance stories from such horror stalwarts as Michael Marshall Smith and John Skipp (writing as Gina McQueen).
Hungry For Your Love is available for immediate download as an e-book (priced at $4.24). There are plans for future print and audio editions, as well.

I won’t say I haven’t read zombie erotica. But I have reservations about that publisher. Lori Perkins was talking this up in chat the other night.
I may have to check it out. I mean, if you’re in it, it can’t be as hideous as the historical/time-travel fantasy where the woman’s vaj became a portal across time, complete with a “disappointed queeb” when vacated.

Angelia: This is my first time working with them, but I can say that they were agreeable and friendly during contract negotiations and responded very quickly. (Of course, that’s from a writer’s perspective, rather than a reader’s).

I’m excited about this anthology, and not just because I have a story in it. The pedigree of authors, including Brian Keene (and yes, I’ve read all your zombie books!) and John Skipp (street cred!) is great and…and… zombies! Okay, I”m a happy little zombie lovin’ slut, I admit it. Not in the carnal way. I just love the zombie genre.
Angelia, not a disappointed queeb in sight here. I think that’s specific to one book.

Is there a time-traveling vagina in your story, Brian?! Please say yes! A Night of the Living Dead meets Debbie Does Dallas meets Quantam leap; brilliant!

Ok, I downloaded this for two reasons, Brian’s story and the thought of Gina McQueen/John Skipp sitting at a computer somewhere on the west coast in Drag is extremely hilarious to me.

what format is this e-book? Can I read it on my Mac computer with Adobe Reader or what? I don’t want to puchase it and be frustrated trying to open it. I can’t find any info about this on the web site. Help!

I *believe* it’s all platforms, H. Don’t quote me on that, though.

thanks. I’ll give it a try and let you know if it’s not.

H Casper – If you click the big, huge, bright, and bolded FAQ at the top of the page Brian links to, you’ll see your answer.
It’s available in Adobe PDF, Kindle PRC, Sony EPUB, iPhone/iPod EPUB, and smartphone/palm/mobipocket PRC.

right on Brian. Once you get to the download page, after paying, there are options for various formats. Fun story too.

I must admit. You are the only reason I will be downloading this book. At first I was excited cause I have a huge zombie additcion. I’m worse then herion users when it comes to zombies. After reading what some of the stories were about I sorta lost interest but I’m willing to keep an open mind and give it a try. Who knows I may love it.

Chris R: I particularly enjoyed Michael Marshall Smith’s story (it’s the last one in the book). But then again, he could write his grocery list and I’d probably enjoy it.

Does “Ties That Bind” possiblhy count as a ‘zombie romance’ story? i am guessing somewhere in that book that there will be an ‘oral fixation’

I’d say “Ties” certainly qualifies.
