I just want to say that I can’t believe how your fandom has grown since I met you at Horrorfind 2010 when you naively said “Bring every book of mine you own and I’ll sign them.” then I showed up with “The Box”. True to your word you signed each one with something different and not just your name scribbled across the page. Then, cramped hand and all, you posed for a photo and it remains one of my all time pictures to this day. I had fallen in love with your work after randomly picking up City of the Dead (in 2009 no less) – not knowing it was to be read after The Rising, which I then read and had to re-read City with more awe and understanding! So, thank you and keep on creeping us out.
