My grandfather, 1944, about to fly off to the Pacific front.

My father, 1965, holding a punji stick in the Central Highlands of Vietnam.

Me, 1986, during NATO exercises in the Mediterranean.

Happy Veteran’s Day to all who’ve served, with the sincere hope that our children and grandchildren never have to, and if they do, that it is at the behest of the country and its people and not at the behest of globalists, bankers, corporations, or politicians on either side of the aisle.

  1. Thank you for you and your families tradition of service. I also have a strong family of service members, although we were all Marines on my father’s side, and Army on my mothers side. I agree with your hopes that there will one day no longer be a need.
