As you may have heard, author Tom Piccirilli’s brain cancer has returned, after having thought to be beaten. There are a number of ways you can help Tom, including buying his books.

Another way to help Tom is to purchase a paperback, Kindle, or Nook edition of SIXTY-FIVE STIRRUP IRON ROAD. All of the money earned from sales of this novel, co-written by myself, Jack Ketchum, Edward Lee, Bryan Smith, J.F. Gonzalez, Wrath James White, Nate Southard, Shane McKenzie, and Ryan Harding, go to Tom. Deadite Press sends him a check on a monthly basis for the novel’s royalties. Buy one today, and you’re helping him out pretty much immediately.

The novel — a surreal meta-examination of hardcore horror, the people who write it, and the people who read it — is something we were all quite proud of. If you don’t dig that type of thing, consider buying a copy for a friend or your local library instead. Either way, you’ll be helping out a friend of ours, which is why we wrote the novel in the first place.

  1. Got the book a month or so back. Wasn’t my kind of book, but the end was soooo cool, I’m glad I finished it. Hope the purchase helped out some how. My thoughts are with you all.

  2. I’ve been torn up about this. I sent a small package last time. Do you know if Tom and Michelle are still at the same address as they were?

  3. I wonder if this is going to prevent him from traveling to WHC 2015? I really wanted to hear and see him again. His health is the most important thing right now.
