A few weeks ago, I stepped into the world of digital self-publishing with ALONE — a quiet, supernatural novella available on Kindle, Nook, and Kobo.
Today, I’m happy to announce that my giant snake novella, SCRATCH, is now available in the same format. Previously only available as a hardcover limited edition, it is now ready for purchase via Kindle, Nook, and Kobo for only $2.99. This edition also includes a bonus short story – “Halves”.

Curse you, sir, dragging me kicking and screaming into the digital world! LOL! Seriously, can’t wait to read it.
How awesome was it to type the line “my giant snake novella”? Congrats, man. I’ll be getting my copy pronto.
I just finished with this and while I liked Scratch a lot, I LOVED halves. Keep up with the self-published e-books, and I will keep buying them.
Great novella, anyone who hasn’t read it should pick it up.
Loved this story. Loved the bonus story “Halves” as well. Thank you and happy birthday this weekend.
Glad to see you come down to the level of us self-publishing swine, Brian. (Just ribbing ya.) Hope the books work out for you. Doing paperbacks as well?
Having been a self-publisher for eight years, I know all the ins and outs so if you have questions or whatever, my door’s open. There’s a right way and a wrong way to do this and my piece of free advice is: don’t believe the hype. It’s easy to get caught up in it, but its outside the hype that real self-publishing is done–and money is made–and it isn’t just this upload-and-go garbage.
Peace, man.
