2012 will be a very good year. Unless the world actually ends.
The fact that my sons start college in September makes me glad that there aren’t too many limited edition hardbacks listed there.
So glad Ghost Walk’s coming out, I missed it the first time around and was really looking forward to reading it.
Wow, this looks really awesome! Will you tell us how much more story we’ll get in the rereleases of Earthworm Gods, The Rising and City Of The Dead?
“Will you tell us how much more story we’ll get in the rereleases of Earthworm Gods, The Rising and City Of The Dead?”
A little bit here and there in Earthworm Gods, and entire lost chapters, scenes, and characters in The Rising and City of the Dead. For example, The Rising left over 30,000 words on the cutting room floor. I’m now in the process of determining how much of that will go back in. I imagine most of it will.
Totally awesome. Going to be getting uncut stuff without a doubt. Checking for the cage afterthought to see if Amazon has it for the Kindle.
Wow, really??? Well, it seems like I will have all of them twice on my shelf soon enough
Really looking forward to it (given that “The Rising” got me hooked on your work).
Brian,
Whats the status on alone, I thought I read somewhere that it was to released in 2012 also?
Jim: No contract for ALONE yet. It will either be late-2012 or early-2013.
i cant wait, you rock, any idea if barns and noble will stock your books again? hate going in and not being able to grab my copies
Michael: Highly doubtful. Barnes & Noble are struggling as Borders was, and will most likely go the same way.
Great stuff for this year Brian. Can’t wait for Maelstrom 3, Hole in the World, The Lost Level, and Suburban Gothic!
I have 5 of your books and I’m always looking to add to my collection! Todd Wittenmyer author of: The Vulnerable Gods and Paroxysm of Fear Vl. 1.”
Am stoked that “the rising” is being re-released with extra content! Always hoped for more expansions on that particular universe! Wanted to thank you for making your books more available via your website. In the dimension known as Idaho, we cant find your work in stores. Thank you
Brian, were the Delirium etc editions of your books to be released as ‘Author’s Preferred Edition’s’ cut as well, or is this just in addition to what was included in the mass market releases?
(if there ever was any difference between the two?)
Cheers
Adam: No, the Delirium editions were the same text as the Leisure-Dorchester editions.
cheers Brian,
guess I might be picking up more of the Deadite releases than I thought…
